Commander Launch Parties are a great way to celebrate the release of the latest Magic multiplayer set. Play, trade, spend time with friends and get a cool promo card! All participants receive one of five different premium oversized Legendary Creature promo cards exclusive to the Launch Party (while supplies last).

Commander Launch Parties will use an open play format. Players will be placed into game groups of 3-5 players. When a game finishes, players can play again or be regrouped into another game with new players.  Entry fee is $30.00.

AU, Holmes: Saturday, June 18th at 6PM

AU, Blue Bell: Saturday, June 18th at 6PM

AU, Wilmington: Saturday, June 18th at 4PM

Registration will begin one hour prior to the start of play.

Don’t miss the Midnight Prerelease Tournaments!

The Magic: the Gathering New Phyrexia prerelease tournaments will be held Saturday, May 7th at all three AU stores and on Sunday, May 8th at the Wilmington store.  For this event all three stores will be holding MIDNIGHT PRERELEASE TOURNMENTS in addition to their regularly scheduled events.  Format for all main event tournaments is sealed deck.  Entry fee is $30.00 at the door or $25.00 if preregistered by Thursday, May 5th. (All preregistrations must be paid). 　

 As usual, pack prizes will also be awarded.

A sealed two headed giant side event will be held on Saturday begining at approximately 2:00PM at Blue Bell only.

Alternate Universes will be hosting Yu-Gi-Oh Extreme Voctory Sneak Peek Events Saturday, April 30th and Sunday, May 1st at the Holmes, Blue Bell  & Wilmington stores .   The dueling will begin on Saturday, April 30th at 9:30AM and run until 5:00PM.  Dueling will resume on Sunday, May 1st at 11AM and run until through 5:00PM. 

Entry fee for the event is $20.00.  Each participant will receive 5 booster packs of Extreme Victory to build a 40 card deck for casual play through out the day.  Each duelist will also receive a foil promo card.    Additionally, Extreme Victory Sneak Peek playmats will be randomly given away throughout the day while supplies last.  (Must be present to win.)

Alternate Universes will be hosting Magic: the Gathering Mirrodin Besieged Game Days Tournaments at all 3 location on Saturday, March 5th.   Game Days Tournaments are Standard format. The tournament will be Swiss-style, with the top 8 players after the Swiss rounds advancing to the single-elimination finals.   All participants receive an exclusive Treasure Mage promo card (while supplies last). The Top 8 payers each receive a full-art Black Sun’s Zenith promo card.  

The Top 2 finishers with Mirran-affiliated decks receive a Pristine Talisman preview card from Mirrodin Pure. The Top 2 finishers with Phyrexia-affiliated decks receive a Suture Priest preview card from New Phyrexia! This is in addition to any Top 8 prize cards you might win for their overall event finish. An affiliated deck must have at least ten watermarked cards from its affiliated faction in its main deck, and no watermarked cards from the opposing faction in its main deck or sideboard.
