October 9th (Wednesday before the tournament)

I have been saying for months I wanted to do a kill teams event....and it is upon us. On October 9th at the new Holmes location we will Christin the new store with a new event! Check out the Rules packet below. It has all of the info you will need to participate.

Prizes, Prizes, Prizes....will be based off of Participants.

If you have any questions, just post them here, or contact me (text, email etc....)

Sign me up. We're leaving for vacation the next day, but if I can packed in time I'll make it out. This looks like tons of fun. My only concern is that the "Break Check" should be called a "Bottle Out Check" in deference to the old Necromunda rule, but I'm probably alone in that regard....

If each model counts as its own unit (page 4, first rule) do we have to follow the unit size requirements in a codex? 5 marines base squad, 10 orks base squad, etc. or can we take 3 guys from a troops selection and 2 guys from fast attack and an elite? 200 points isn't much especially when a leader is required.

They are free, except that once you make a guy a specialist, he's worth points to your opponent.

Specialist abilities are free. As far you leader, you can't take a hq selection. Your leader is just a sgt, etc. He's the guy nominate as "The guy". If I'm not mistaken it's the guy who has the highest ld.

I already talked to Jack about my creative kill team. It just feels wrong.
