No Mythics or Rares and only 8 Uncommons allowed. General must be one of 8 Uncommons, but does not have to be a legendary creature. For determining rarity, go by the lowest rarity card was ever printed as on Gatherer.

Tournament Structure

• Players start with 30 Life
• Matches will consist of only one game with 50 minute rounds
• Playoff matches are best out of three not timed (Top 4 or 8 depending on number of players)
• Players declare their generals at the beginning of the match
• Prior to each game players may sideboard (including game 1)
• Number of Rounds = Swiss +1 (ex. 20 people = 6 rounds)
• Mulligan Rules = One Freebie + Paris. A player’s first mulligan in a game is totally free, but after that free mulligan Paris Mulligan Rules are then followed.
