We’re holding Magic: the Gathering The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth Prerelease tournaments on June 16th, 17th, and 18th at all three of our stores!

All Prerelease tournaments are 3 rounds. At the tournament start time, each player is given a Prerelease Pack to build a deck and then play for 3 rounds. Prizes can be collected after Round 3. Lands will be provided for free at the event!
Format: Sealed Deck
Each player gets one Lord of the Rings Prerelease Pack to use to build a 40+ card deck and play for 3 rounds. Each one contains:
- 6 The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth Draft Boosters
- 1 Traditional Foil, year-stamped Rare or Mythic Rare from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth
- 1 Traditional Foil year-stamped card from a pool of 6 Prerelease Promo cards
- 1 Helper card
- 1 Spindown d20
- 1 Reusable deck box with divider
- 1 MTG Arena code card

Entry fee: $50 ($55 Store Credit)

The Lord of the Rings Set Booster Packs are awarded based on your tournament record after 3 rounds.
3-0: 8 Set Boosters or $40 credit
2-0-1: 6 Set Boosters or $30 credit
2-1: 4 Set Boosters or $20 credit
1-2: 2 Set Boosters or $10 credit
All other records 1 set booster
2-Headed Giant prizes are doubled and awarded per-team.
