From now on all players must use NEURON to register, submit their decklist, and record match results.

For any players who need assistance with NEURON, we will have extra judges available to help!

We will be accepting credit/debit cards for entry at the Philly Yu-Gi-Oh! Regionals. If paying in cash, exact change is appreciated.

We are holding TWO separate Yugioh Regionals, one in the Advanced Format, and the other in the Genesys Format. Both Regionals are taking place in the same room (Ballrooms A & B). There will be seating for up to 1,000 players. Players will go to the same place as usual to register. The main difference between this event and our previous Regionals is the use of the Yu-Gi-Oh! NEURON app for registration, decklist submission, and match recording. Players may not enter both Regionals.

🎟️ Win-A-Mat Tournaments (Advanced and Genesys)

Win-A-Mat Tournaments will begin after Round 2!
NEURON is required to enter Win-A-Mats. Decklists are required for Win-A-Mats and must be submitted through NEURON.
You cannot play in Win-A-Mat tournaments if you are still playing in a Regional.

Entry fee: $14.00 cash/$15.00 credit or debit card. (single elimination, 3 booster packs for entering, 8 players per tournament max, winner receives the official Win-A-Mat playmat)

We are holding both Advanced and Genesys format Win-A-Mat tournaments. Players may enter as many Win-A-Mat tournaments as they wish, but they cannot still be entered in a Regional tournament. Each new Win-A-Mat tournament will begin as soon as 8 players enter.

🐲 Dragon Duel Advanced Format (open to Duelists born in 2013 or later)

Beginning at 1:00PM – Free! (Registration begins at 12:30 PM)
NEURON is required to enter the Dragon Duel. Decklists are required for Win-A-Mats and must be submitted through NEURON.
You cannot play in Win-A-Mat tournaments if you are still playing in a Regional.

Dragon Duel Format: Tier 2, Advanced Constructed, Swiss rounds, Best 2-of-3 matches, no Top Cut
Participants are required to provide proof of age to participate in a Dragon Duel (Copy of Birth Certificate, Passport, etc.).

Dragon Duel Prizes
• The 1st Ranked Duelist at the end of Swiss will receive a Regional Card Case.
• Top 4 Duelists in a Dragon Duel tournament will receive a Regional Game Mat.
• Top 4 Duelists earn an invite to the Dragon Duel World Championship Qualifier for North America
Qualifying duelists must complete WCQ Invite Forms. Regardless of attendance, only four (4) invites are awarded for a Dragon Duel tournament at a Regional Qualifier.

Both tournaments are Tier 2, Constructed Deck, Swiss Rounds, Best-2-of-3 Matches. Genesys has a 100 point cap.

Note: There is no Top 8 Cut. Prizes are awarded on the order of finish from Swiss rounds.

Yugioh Regional Qualifiers are the primary qualifying events for World Championship Qualifiers (WCQs) in North America. Regional Qualifiers are Tier 2 events and require a high standard of sportsmanship from the Duelists.
