We’re holding a Pokemon TCG League Challenge at Alternate Universes Blue Bell on Thursday, May 9th! League Challenges are the lowest level of Pokemon TCG Championship Series Events, wherein players of any skill level vie to earn Championship Points. Once a player has earned enough Championship Points, they qualify for the Pokemon TCG World Championships!

On top of Championship Points, players at our League Challenge will also win store credit based on overall attendance! Store credit is redeemable at any of our three locations.

We’re holding a Magic: the Gathering Pioneer RCQ Saturday, May 11th at Alternate Universes Wilmington!

This RCQ supports the Regional Championship at SCG CON Washington DC Oct. 4th–6th, 2024! Thanks to our WPN Premium Store status, we are able to award 2 invites to the next Magic Regional Championship at each of our RCQs!

Magic Regional Championship Qualifiers are open to everyone, and are a player’s first step down the road of competitive Magic. RCQs qualify players for Regional Championships, which in turn qualify players for the Pro Tour and the Magic World Championship.

Each player gets a Secret Lair promo Springleaf Drum for entering! Top 16 finishers get a Secret Lair promo Goblin Guide, and each player who qualifies for the Regional Championship gets a FOIL Goblin Guide! Both of these promos feature BRAND NEW ART! These promos are in addition to store credit and invite prizes.

We’re holding Magic: the Gathering Outlaws of Thunder Junction Store Championships! Saturday, May 4th at AU Wilmington, Saturday, May 11th at AU Blue Bell, and Sunday, May 12th at AU Holmes. Represent AU by becoming one of our MTG Store Champions! The format this time around is Standard!

Thanks to our WPN Premium Store status, the Top 8 and 1st Place players both win non-foil copies of their respective promos with our store name printed on them, on top of the normal Top 8 and Winner promos!

We’re adding $15 store credit to the overall prize pool for each player who enters. If we get 16 or more players, then Top 8 will get store credit prizes. Otherwise, Top 4 will get store credit prizes. No matter what, Top 8 finishers are guaranteed to get promos!

We’re holding a Pokemon TCG League Cup at Alternate Universes Blue Bell on Saturday, May 25th! League Cups are Pokemon TCG Championship Series Events that are a step up from League Challenges, wherein players of any skill level vie to earn Championship Points. Once a player has earned enough Championship Points, they qualify for the Pokemon TCG World Championships!

We are awarding at least $1,000 store credit total to the Top 8 Masters Division players! Players also win Championship Points based on their final placement (see chart at the bottom of this post).

PRIZE SCALING: When we reach 34 Master players, we will add $30 store credit to their Top 8 prize pool for each additional player! For example, if we get 45 Master players, we’ll add $330 store credit to the Masters prize pool!

Top Cut will be Top 8 if there are 15 or more players in that division. Otherwise it will be Top 4.
